We were all prepared. The trucks were packed with all the equipment and props. We were on our way to shoot several scenes in a remote desert town that we had to turn into the appearance of a Starbucks in Manhattan. So, we made the 80 mile trek and were awaiting the cast and crew to show up for the first day of filming. Everything was working like a charm. The usually late lead star (a real diva ) was even on time. The cinematographer looked puzzled. I asked what was troubling him. He said “not much, I’d just like to know where you put the coffee tables. There aren’t any here?”
