It is becoming increasingly more difficult to survive in the cold and soul deprived arena of movie making. The art has moved on from the creativity of the story-telling artists to the “I can do it better”, techies and their computer generated stunts and sometimes characters. It is sad to see an art fading. I am a proponent of artistic and thoughtful whether it is a film or just about anything. My faith was partially restored when I visited a friend in the Vancouver, Canada area. He resided at a Burnaby condo that was so new world and yet retained the old world integrity I hunger for.
